| Cohen wins 4 wide nationals with new Miller Dragster |

A big congrats to Steve and Joy Cohen on his big win in Top Dragster at the 4 Wide Charlotte Nationals.
Eight-time finalist Lynn Ellison was looking for a fifth national event victory (Ellison already had one title in Super Stock and three in Super Gas), but Super Gas and Super Comp standout Cohen was on in the final, recording an almost-perfect .001 light and getting the win light on a 6.794 (6.77 dial) to Ellison's .050 reaction and breakout 6.657 (6.66). The win was the first for Cohen in the Top Dragster category and the 18th of his career.
There were plenty of close races in the Top Dragster competition, and a lot of double-oh starts, including the third-round performance of Division 3 Top Dragster champion Ray Miller III. He was .009 in his launch against Michael Galofaro, who was .022 at the tree and ran dead-on his 6.63 dial. Miller was .008-second over his 6.73 target to get the nod by just five-thousandths.
